CST 110-Introduction to Human Communication teaches communication skills for both daily living and the world of work. Topics include perception, self- concept, self-disclosure, listening and feedback, nonverbal communication, and other communication skills. We will investigate different types of communication including mass media, public speaking, interpersonal communication, intercultural communication, and small group communication. This textbook was created to align with the CST-110 course learning objectives.
